Post Baby Body

Fact: 1lb = 3,500 Calories

Weight has been a huge issue for me in the last 9 months. Never been outside the range of 115lb. Gained 53lb in my pregnancy, lost 33lb and, have 20lb to still lose. Been reading up on how to lose weight the healthy way. I really wanted to take up Pilate's because I've heard that its a fast way to loose the weight but to my luck, it only slims your waist. Its great to get rid of those hard to get rid of love handles but i need more than that.
- exercise everyday at the gym and try to burn 500 calories
- Eat less then 500 calories a day
-Drink cold (body burns more calories to make that water warm) water and about 2 gallons a day.
-Even when you sleep you burn calories
-Eat 6 small meals per day. If you decide to skip a meal or two thinking you will lose weight, you wont because the body STOPS burning calories!

A healthy long term way to loose weight is losing 1-2lb per week. If you loose more weight than that per week will result in only TEMPORARY weight loss.

Mistakes while trying to loose weight is eating
fast food (McDonald's meals usually equal 1,250 calories)
processed foods
rice 1/2cup= 300 calories!
bread
tortillas
