Post Baby Body
Fact: 1lb = 3,500 Calories
Weight has been a huge issue for me in the last 9 months. Never been outside the range of 115lb. Gained 53lb in my pregnancy, lost 33lb and, have 20lb to still lose. Been reading up on how to lose weight the healthy way. I really wanted to take up Pilate's because I've heard that its a fast way to loose the weight but to my luck, it only slims your waist. Its great to get rid of those hard to get rid of love handles but i need more than that.
- exercise everyday at the gym and try to burn 500 calories

-Drink cold (body burns more calories to make that water warm) water and about 2 gallons a day.
-Even when you sleep you burn calories
-Eat 6 small meals per day. If you decide to skip a meal or two thinking you will lose weight, you wont because the body STOPS burning calories!
A healthy long term way to loose weight is losing 1-2lb per week. If you loose more weight than that per week will result in only TEMPORARY weight loss.
Mistakes while trying to loose weight is eating
fast food (McDonald's meals usually equal 1,250 calories)processed foods
rice 1/2cup= 300 calories!

Kate Middleton Makeup
The drees, the material, accessories, makeup,hair nails. it all makes one look that now everyone wants to copy. The bride look stunning in her Alexander McQueen dress. .
Bride: fringe was parted to the side with loose curls/ half up do. Kates makeup was done herself. How? She had lessons from a makeup artist, prior to the wedding.
A perfect natural look. White eyeliner in the tear line, liquid black eyeliner under the lash and over the eyelid, try to make a very thin line. The eyeliner secret is the same secret "Angels" wear during most Victoria Secret events. Smokey eye effect, shimmery pearl on the lid and a ash brown on the crease of the eye towards the outter corner. Black mascara and a very defined thick brow. A flushed cheek from the apples to the hair line and a darker pink in the hollows of the cheeks. As you can tell she has this glow which can be achieved with a bronzer all over the face and neck Top off with a pink shimmery lip.
I was literally watching this whole wedding at the gym while i was on the treadmill... looking for every little detail that made it an amazing wedding.

Simply Vera Wang Pumps
These shoes make me feel like I'm in heaven. Sorry sis but i had to take em for my own. Love at first sight.. no lie. I couldn't resist to slip my foot in these and feel 4 inches taller. Honestly, I put these on and I stood next to my hubby and guess what? I was taller and he's 5'9.
